THE ULTIMATE HEALTHY YOU You might be healthy but are you eating healthy is good for you but there is so much more so how can you become the ultimate healthy you? We need to talk about how we are feeling. If you are feeling afraid,worried or sad tell the teacher,parent or friend . If you are happy or excited celebrate. It's important to eat a balanced diet we need to drink lots of water. You need lots of different types of food to stay healthy. Its okay to eat cakes and chocolate but only small amounts. Personal hygiene is important. A shower or a bath everyday,wash your hands after going to the bathroom before dinner and after playing outside. If you follow these three steps then you are three steps closer to become the ultimate you.
